Leadership
Governance
ANAES is guided by a Coordination Committee and operates under the Secretariat. The Coordination Committee, representing different regions, works closely with the Secretariat for strategic planning and decision-making. The alliance also holds General Meetings where all members contribute to identifying priority areas for collaboration.

ANAES CHARTER
The ANAES Charter is the document that gives clarity on the way the ANAES network is organised and works. ANAES is a network of NGOs working on climate change from around the world. These members are autonomous and independent. Many of these members have their own forms of organisation and their own national or regional rules.
In joining the ANAES network, members contributed to producing these constitutional rules and guidelines for the network. This document tends to facilitate and enable decision-making, rather than prescribe rules.
